Guggenheim Museum
I went to Guggenheim Museum today. (I don't have class every Friday.) It was rainy day, and I didn't want to go out anywhere, but I've been thinking about visiting this museum to see Daniel Buren's installation, so I decided to go out in the evening. It's good to go museum on Friday after 5:30pm. Almost all of museums become the system of "pay as you wish".

Daniel Buren's work, he decorated the museum with the patterns of "stripe" that he is totally obsessed with,
I've seen Daniel Buren's works on websites and newspapers, but I went to the museum and experienced it, the impression completely changed my mindset by his wonderful art works. He has radically questioned the nature of art and the systems, which mention about museums and galleries that usually show us art in the buildings. He found homuspun fabics that patterns were stripes in Paris in 1960', and he thought these would become his signature. He begun to make artworks with those ordinary fabrics, because he is interested in literal components, and it would lead him to explore aspcts that are not visible. Those conventional paintings are merely pretending that they are boring. I think he is simply questioning what is "genuine" art, like Yasumasa Morimura and Chirist.

he decorated the museum's wall, which are forming "borders" by themselves, by his signature "stripes",
I found myself when I bumped into modern, contemporary art, I feel more comfortable than that of past masterpieces like impressionism, pop art, and so on. I think contemporary art is questioning more basic part of art including audience, so I feel more interesting than Gogh. I want to be a person who is able to give "simple joy", "good will" to people who watch or use my future works.

one of the Buren's works' marvelous points is including nature effect,

what is she feeling about surrounding colorful lights,

we are able to feel different atmosphere of Guggenheim Museum by only green short stripes from it's ordinary style,
